How is it possible for 300 soldiers to follow their commandos and yet 2 courageous men were able to stand against them.. it's a remarkable story of courage and clarity. I had a chance to study with Tim O'Brien at The Bread Loaf Writers' Conference at Middlebury College in Vermont.
Tim talked about his Vietnam experiences. He said, "I was seduced by the violence."
It is impossible to overstate the importance of this video.
