Why do "they" experiment with the spine? Why would they want to get access to one's cerebral spinal fluid? I have a horror story of experiences regarding my cervical spine, along with other significant and painful conditions. The cover-ups have gone on for 23 years, and I have been shocked by recent events continuing the covering up. I hope it is okay I ask this question here.
