As for where do we send "these people", may I suggest that we put them all together in a large windowless, door-less concrete cell, with a pit toilet, and soylent green tablets that drop from the ceiling occasionally, and let them kill each other. I have other ideas that involve shock treatments, but I don't want to spoil the mood. Thank you
