I watched the movie before listening to your podcast. There are so many old films I never watched as my parents didn’t let us watch much TV. We were kicked out the door after dishes were washed. I was busy playing with the neighborhood kids. You won’t find kids playing outside these days!

The film Johnny Cool was presented in a Theater and Big Screen.

It was way too violent for television.

One of the reasons I don’t watch TV is I find it vulgar. I do like to watch older movies, what can I say…. I’m old fashioned.

Johnny Cool was a 1963 motion picture film, 142-minutes uninterrupted NO COMMERCIALS.

Nothing to do with television.

I was 11 yrs old when that movie came out. I did watch Bewitched sometimes. My husband was a big fan of television so we used to watch TV together but gradually I was already waking up to what was happening. I got rid of Dish network right away after he passed away.

Great movie. Thanks for the link. I was actually disappointed in the end that Johnny Cool was caught because of “Dare”. Interesting that Darrin was the mortal husband in “Bewitched” and the mother-in-law was always getting his name wrong. She would call him “Durwood” or something. LOL

Excellent observations.

Agnes Moorehead (Samantha's Witch mother Endora) was also a resident of Benedict Canyon on North Roxbury Drive near Peter Falk, Jimmy Stewart, Rosemary Clooney, Jack Benny & Lucille Ball.

Agnes Moorhead attended the January 20, 1968, Mayfair District West London Playboy Club wedding reception for the fake marriage of Sharon Tate & Roman Polanski. I doubt she knew Sharon, but all of the guests were from central casting. Fake wedding requires fake guests.

These people never leave the reservation. They are working on and off camera.
