I have one friend who will listen to me when I’m trying to educate him about our situation. I often start out calmly speaking but become emotional and begin to rant which he tolerates. Now, that’s a good friend! As Sabrina has said spend time dancing or singing a song, which I do and is helpful! I’m also getting on my elliptical & stationary bike for 30 minutes 4 times a week. I’ll spend 15 minutes in a very inexpensive pop up sauna which really helps me loosen up and clear out toxins.
Thank you Sabrina and Juxtaposition, I appreciate you both.💕
Thank you both for putting this series together. Great stuff. It's been a wild year for me learning this information from both of you. The bio digital convergence, and the no countries and Swiss bankers stuff. No more spinning in circles listening to bullshit for me. It actually makes sense finding out how much we've been lied to about, because there is some kind of unconscious sense that things are not right, and I think we all pick it up as children, then learn what we're not supposed to talk about or ask about over time, and we get used to it and think it's normal. Thanks again.
