Sabrina Wallace presents a marathon series of six videos re: The Biodigital Convergence, Cognitive Warfare & the United Nations Post Humanity Agenda 2030.
Sabrina discusses the industrial mining and finance activities in Hanoi, focusing on resource tracking and genetic testing for social engineering purposes. She also touched on weather manipulation and geoengineering, despite some denial. Sabrina then explained the concept of the 'kill box' in current warfare doctrine, which involves setting up invisible lines to track individuals. She also mentioned the use of satellites, ground radar, and high-altitude platforms to track individuals. Sabrina further discussed the use of smart dust, wireless sensor networks, and microelectromechanical systems, which are used to create digital twins for tracking individuals' health, purchases, and interactions. Juxtaposition1 added to Sabrina's discussion, emphasizing the long history of invisible weapon programs and the use of radiation for control purposes. They also mentioned the World Health Organization's role in radiation-related issues and the development of synthetic blood hydrogel biosensors.

In 1961 RAND Corporation dubbed: Strategic Hamlet Program (SHP)
The Strategic Hamlet Program (SHP; Vietnam) was implemented in 1962 by the government of South Vietnam, with advice and financing from the United States, during the Vietnam War to combat the communist insurgency. The strategy was to isolate the rural population from contact with and influence by the National Liberation Front (NLF), more commonly known as the Viet Cong. The Strategic Hamlet Program, along with its predecessor, the Rural Community Development Program, attempted to create new communities of "protected hamlets". The rural peasants would be provided protection, economic support, and aid by the government, thereby strengthening ties with the South Vietnamese government (GVN) which was hoped would lead to increased loyalty by the peasantry towards the government.
